Only a moron would put "Sac's Finest" on his arm while straight up knowing he's not the greatest baller out of Sac. Same as he knows he's not 7 feet tall, he knows he ain't the best. The only purpose Barnes serves for LA?... Artest insurance. Ron-Ron got a ring, and was a large part of it. Chances are now greatly increased that he will have an "incident" or two. Dude is nuts. He kept it, for the most part, under wraps last year in his quest for the ring. I don't think repeating will mean half as much to him. I'd have to put Bill Cartwright 2nd - Elk Grove is Sacramento. James Donaldson went to Burbank in South Sac. He also ranks above Yogi and Barnes.
