Kings battle back and take another win from the Nuggets



The Sacramento Kings used a 27-10 run to close out the fourth quarter to get a 125-115 victory over the Denver Nuggets Tuesday night at the Golden 1 Center. The win was their second over the Nuggets in less than a week and earned the Kings a 3-1 mark for the season.


Quick Notes


  • De’Aaron Fox led the squad with 24 points, nine assists, and two steals.

  • Marvin Bagley and Richaun Holmes were dominant on offensive throughout the game finishing with a combined 38 points on 16-of-25 from the field.

  • Rookie Tyrese Haliburton once again closed out the game and finished with 13 points, six assists, three steals, and was making all the right plays to help the team grab the win.

  • Sacramento had their best performance of the season from behind the three-point line finishing 16-of-33 for a 48.5 percent mark.

  • Nikola Jokic had one of those dubious quadruple-doubles with 26 points, 11 rebounds, 12 assists, and ten turnovers.

  • Jamal Murray missed the game with a sore right elbow.
